{"id":4215,"date":"2019-01-12T20:15:00","date_gmt":"2019-01-12T20:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/drmauricioleon.net\/portal\/?p=4215"},"modified":"2021-09-15T20:18:12","modified_gmt":"2021-09-15T20:18:12","slug":"crean-las-radiografias-a-color-que-contribuirian-a-diagnosticos-mas-precisos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/drmauricioleon.net\/portal\/2019\/01\/12\/crean-las-radiografias-a-color-que-contribuirian-a-diagnosticos-mas-precisos\/","title":{"rendered":"Crean las radiograf\u00edas a color que contribuir\u00edan a diagn\u00f3sticos m\u00e1s precisos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Cient\u00edficos de Nueva Zelanda han desarrollado un nuevo tipo de esc\u00e1ner que se encuentra en fase EXPERIMENTAL para comprobar su efectividad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cient\u00edficos de Nueva Zelanda han desarrollado un nuevo tipo de esc\u00e1ner que permite realizar radiograf\u00edas en 3D y a color que contribuir\u00edan a diagn\u00f3sticos m\u00e1s precisos sobre el estado de salud de una persona, indic\u00f3 el Dr. Mauricio Le\u00f3n Rivera, director m\u00e9dico del Centro Detector del C\u00e1ncer y cirujano onc\u00f3logo de la Cl\u00ednica Ricardo Palma.<\/p>\n<p>Este m\u00e9todo se basa en la tecnolog\u00eda de rastreo de part\u00edculas que se utiliza en el Large Hadron Collider, el acelerador de part\u00edculas del CERN, que permitir\u00eda utilizar im\u00e1genes m\u00e1s detalladas y precisas que las radiograf\u00edas tradicionales en blanco y negro.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el galeno agreg\u00f3 que el esc\u00e1ner desarrollado utiliza un detector que capta la informaci\u00f3n espectral, es decir, la informaci\u00f3n de color o energ\u00eda de los rayos X que los detectores tradicionales no utilizan.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se trabaj\u00f3 con algoritmos para el procesamiento de datos de tal manera los rayos x atraviesan diferentes densidades del cuerpo, es por ello que se detecta y diferencia mejor la grasa, l\u00edquido, hueso y m\u00fasculo, cada uno con distintos colores para su mejor entendimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Las primeras pruebas realizadas con este esc\u00e1ner est\u00e1n orientadas a estudiar el c\u00e1ncer, as\u00ed como la salud \u00f3sea y articular de los pacientes. Seg\u00fan sus impulsores, esta tecnolog\u00eda tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 \u00fatil en otros campos m\u00e9dicos, desde odontolog\u00eda hasta cirug\u00eda cerebral y quiz\u00e1s sea la tecnolog\u00eda del futuro.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe mencionar, que este moderno sistema fue elaborado por los cient\u00edficos Phil y Anthony Butler de las Universidades de Canterbury y Otago de Nueva Zelanda.
